Refund policy
This policy explains return eligibility, refund timing, and cancellations.
1) Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2) Return condition requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
- Returned with original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
3) Items generally not eligible for return
Unless defective on arrival or required by law:
- Gift cards and digital items
- Clearance/final sale items
- Installed electrical components or items showing installation marks
- Fluids/chemicals and restricted items once opened (if applicable)
- Custom/special-order items (if applicable)
- Items returned incomplete or missing parts/packaging
4) How to start a return
Email info@autofactors.us with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if damaged/incorrect
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA reference if needed. Please don’t ship returns without authorization.
5) Return shipping costs
- Change of mind / wrong item: customer pays return shipping
- Our error / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification
6) Inspection & refund timing
After your return is delivered, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; banks may take 3–7 business days to post.
7) Order cancellations
If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If shipped, the return process applies.
