Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains processing timelines, delivery estimates, and how to report shipping issues.
1) Where we ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted due to size/weight, hazardous shipping rules (if applicable), or carrier limitations.
2) Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item requires extra handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you.
3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)
- Standard: typically 5–8 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is sent once a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
6) Damage, missing, or major delays
Contact info@autofactors.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
